Hey gents. Fiance recently left me after almost 6 years of dating. Finding it really, really difficult to get over things and move on.
Compounded with the fact that I lost my job soon after because my numbers weren't high enough, I'm at the lowest point in my life so far. What did you guys do to get over bad breakups?

When it happened to me, i started dating other people. whoever wanted to. it helped a bit.
Time.
Focus on other things. Job, hobbies, seeing other people. Try and change things up by adding something new to your life. This way you might miss the old stuff less.

You don't have to get with any of these girls, literally just flirt here and there. Eventually it'll stop feeling different that it isn't your fiance.
Got out of a three year relationship myself earlier this year. I invested in a practice girlfriend. A girl you don't expect long-term and may very well cheat on, but will get your head in the game again.
