I need someone who's good at immigration law to help me write a letter to help me cross the Canadian-us border so I can learn about a medical procedure through "Observationship"

I've been denied entry and red flagged before because I revealed to the officer that I did hands on work on people

A lawyer told me he would help me for $3000-4000.

How do I get this done for free or very cheap?
