Is it weird that my semi new neighbors watch everything i do outside in my yard and gossip to new neighbors about it ?
Depends on what you are doing in your yard.
If you are just doing gardening or some shit then it is weird.
But if you have a satan shrine or something I'd say gossip is to be expected.

Consider doing something like "accidentally" cooking too many meat products this holiday weekend. If your neighbors don't love assorted meat products, I strongly encourage you to move immediately.
I would also strongly consider (just for the keks) to try to turn your neighbors against each other.
