I think I may have some form of dyslexia.
Can anyone that is more knowledgeable than
me help me out?
What I struggle with:
Horrible with numbers
Hard time spelling
Reverses letters in words
Cannot tell right from left

Yep, that sounds like dyslexia. If you're in school/college, see the counselling department for testing. If you're out of school, ask your doctor for referral to tester.
