My friend had a psychosis episode where he apperently heard and saw and heard things that wasn't there.
He spent some weeks in a mental institution, but is back now. He is the same guy as before, only quieter. He was quiet before, but now he is more, and I noticed big scars on his arms.

I don't know how to handle this, how to treat him. He is one of my best friends, and I want to help him somehow. Help.
