I went to take a shower and noticed a bunch of bumps on my stomach.

I went to take a shower and noticed a bunch of bumps on my stomach. I can't describe then other than just bumps, they don't itch or anything. The only thing wrong with me the past week was a really sore throat but that's mostly gone now. I'm a hypochondriac so even the littlest things like this make me nervous.

I know it could be a million different things, but at least tell me something to make me not worry.
