Here's what you do anon. Get a prescription of Propecia. It's ridiculously cheap and it works very well and maintaining and regrow ingredients hair. If you want to be really cheap go to the doctor and complain that you have an enlarged prostate and ask for Proscar. Same exact drug and it's covered by most medical insurance.
If your hair loss is genetic, there is nothing you can do about it besides use rogaine and finasteride. Neither of these are permanent and once you stop using them, your hair will fall out and any new hair growth will fall out within a couple months.
Your only option is a hair transplant done by a good surgeon. Save up your money and get one when you're in your later 20's.
For what it's worth I am also starting to lose my hair and I am 21. I will probably be bald in like 5 years. Just keep your hair short. There is no need to shave it all completely. Just keep fit/lift. Don't hide it under a hat, or become fat.

Buzz it to a 0.5 grade every week now and wish I'd only done it sooner
It's hard to give an unbiased answer whether I'd have buzzed it if I wasn't balding, but I actually think I would have
It's low maintenance, it's more masculine (I've been shaving my beard since I was 12... I just keep it as a short beard now), and if you work out with it and actively use it to your advantage, it makes you far more assertive / people question you less

Marfan's is a bit niche for me, so I wouldn't like to suggest anything
Pretty sure balding isn't uncommon in the condition though. Do you meet once a year with a specialist? Ask them: they'll definitely have the answers for you
But far more important than your hair is your mental health. Don't be so quick to identify things as flaws. Marfan's doesn't stop you living a happy life
And hey, long limbs essentially means tall: something endless guys stress over
Get involved with support groups: all the things you mentioned, you can do something about. That doesn't mean eliminate them, but don't make that your aim

The 1% might involve disease or mistreatment of the scalp.
I use these. Seems to help as my dad was bald by this age and.my older brother has almost no hair left. I'm still receded at the front but not too bad. Middle bottle gave me dandruff so I swapped to the red. The liquid stuff is like water and end up using way to much. Might try regime at some point too.
24 years old here, I have a glorious long black hair. Literally my best asset. I hope I never go bald but if I don't, I'd shave it all off and get done with it. No reason to keep a balding scalp. For me it's either hair or no hair. In between doesn't work.
