Hey /adv/, I've had depression, attacks and stuff and the other day, I felt like I broke.
I went limp, felt super light and numb, felt no control over myself, but felt almost a calm feeling while my chest sharply hurt.

Is there a term for what happened there and how concerned should I be? (
I can't afford going to the doctors or anything like that.)

It's been about 2 days and I'm still feeling numb and shakey with occasional chest pain.

It's a form of a panic attack. Seek professional help if it happens again or if the pain doesn't stop. A neurologist once told me that everyone gets one free panic attack in their lives but you have to see a doctor if it happens again.
