My little brother (17) seems to have few freinds, and no willingless to make them.

Yes probably unless he just wants to be like that. In 10 years if he still has not made any friends, he may regret everything.

op i was just like him in primary school, now i run clubs and have tons of friends, out every second day, trust me he`ll change he just needs time to develop as an individual
