I unintentionally become spiteful and try to hurt people with my words when i'm upset and don't notice it, how do i stop?

That's a good way to be.
Let's people know not to fuck with you.

Even if people around have nothing to do with my failures!
I come off as an asshole occassionally, not nice. My subconscious is shockingly fast with coming up with insults or cruel jokes, and when i am irritated they come out.
Selfish bump.
I feel like i want people to hate me what is this weird shit.

Stop and count to 30. After you count ask yourself is it worth it to respond to them. If it is I think you will be more respectful in your answer and not as hot headed if you just exploded right then and there without Counting

No, this is a good way to hurt and alienate the people who care for you most.
It just takes time and practice, OP. You have to learn to recognize how mad you're getting before you get that mad, learn to recognize your impulse in the moment, and then slowly you will learn to control it. Try some self help books on anger management.

I have to realise when i get mad, yeah. When i have problems i get upset and become negative, i need a better coping mechanism. Need to note that i have to be alert when sad.
