But be very careful about the sexual aspect of your relationship.
Sadly you're old enough to expect sexual activity in a relationship. So it may be hard.
In truth, most girls have all had sex by the age of 15. But being underage you can still get in trouble if you're the one who does it and they fucking turn you in. And most girls are like that: they are simply not conscious of the consequences of their actions, nor they are willing to take responsibility. That's regardless of age but specially when they're just teenagers.
But I guess you can date them if you keep your dick off.
Also if you don't do that, you'll be missing on something that your subconscious mind needs, and you'll only grow older while not growing out of this need. I say this by experience.

Really there are a couple things going on that you need to put into serious perspective. You need to understand that you are at another cusp of maturity, you have the same lack of experience as younger people but you are at the age where you can change that for yourself and you should.
You need to interact with your peers, although women mature faster than men and you can be intimidated by girls your own age, you need to get over that by growing up a bit.
Start by changing your wardrobe to reflect your age, buy some goddamn books written by people who reflect on bigger things than memes.
You can find yourself biologically attuned to younger women because you are most likely less mature than your peers of the opposite sex, this is natural but you are a human being and a man so grow past that shit.
You know that ultimately, those girls are in 6th grade, you can join the military and maybe you should if you cannot discipline yourself.
