Yeah, I don't think you need to go back and dig up the past. Just try to do what you think is the best thing to do at all times. Believe in yourself and if you see an opportunity, take it. Take the time to think about what you really want to do and then do it. If your fears are holding you back, keep fighting, no matter how small your progress and try to maintain hope. Confidence comes when you see progress towards your goals, whatever they may be.
