How do I get high twice in one day? After I sober up it sometimes

How do I get high twice in one day? After I sober up it sometimes seems like a whole bowl has no effect on me.

yeah it can depending on how much you smoked (i doubt i'd feel it for 4 hours if i smoked less than 3 bowls and probably not even that) but a light fading buzz can't compare to the feeling of a fresh high
