Is it short-sighted to distance from people who constantly lie for lulz, make up stories?
Even if lies are harmless, it annoys me, i fear them and can't trust them at all.
My friends are friends with them and i can't feel relaxed when we get together.
No I don't think so. I value honesty greatly because without honesty, you have pretty much nothing.
Those kinds of people who make up lies for no reason or to look cool are extremely annoying.

Shallow people are the dumbest. They'd either freak out or look at you with a long dumb face if you ever told them something serious like "I want to kill myself, will you please supply the pills for me?"
