Chemical castration is different and varies a lot between people, doing it via surgery seems to be the most clean way honestly. My sisters already had children, it's not a real issue and I'm not obligated to produce grandchildren for my mother anyway.

You see, there comes a point when the gonads stop producing enough testosterone yo produce much of a sex drive to speak of. But by the time this happens, the drive is often so ingrained into the psyche that you don't notice the difference. It continues as before, just completely psychogenically.
Why am I telling you this? Because I understand what you want, but what you're planning to do to get it might not even work. You'd be stuck with a sex drive, but no possibility of release. Your situation may suck, but I guarantee you that this will suck worse.

It's a ridiculous idea. Cut your balls off and you've got no testosterone. You'll be tired all the time, you'll have much less ambition and drive, you'll be overly emotional, you'll loose most of your strength and a lot of muscle mass, you'll stop growing facial hair, your bones will become wek and brittle... the list goes on and on. The only way you can counter those effects is with hormone replacement therapy, but if you have that you'll get your sex drive back as well.
I wouldn't imagine there's any doctor in the world who'd carry out an elective procedure knowing full well that it's going to cause you multiple permanent health conditions, both physical and mental.
