Where can I learn to dance by practicing at home? No particular style, I just don't understand dance at all.

I can teach you the basics. Practice at home in front of the mirror.

Smoothly gyrate your hips. Do some motions with your hands. While pushing the hip to one side, push your shoulder on the opposite-side. Try do to this while following the rhythm of the song.

If you follow my instructions, congratulations are due: you've learned the basics of dancing, and are ready to hit the club.
