I've already consulted countless psychologists and psychiatrists throughout my entire life and it was wasted time and money
I can say that I'm a hopeless case
I'll try and resume very basically my life and what's wrong with me:
>got bullied at school, so, dislike being around people, dislike going outside
>so if you don't leave your house and don't meet people, you don't evolve, mature, gain skills etc.
>developed unusual values, opinions and beliefs that are extremely negative (ex. believe that life as a whole is wrong and that everything needs to die)
>after high school, because I was no longer told what to do and had to make decisions, think for myself, college went like shit and ended up in time wasted
>I tried getting a job multiple times but without any skills and experience I couldn't get any, until I got really lucky, then I got fired for being incompetent
>tried learning 3d modeling in private courses, after more than a year I quit because I hated it
>I realised all my dreams were unachievable, either because I'm too stupid, too lazy or they're plain impossible to do
>I'm bored as fuck, so I'm still trying to make some of my dreams happen but I don't know how, so I'm thinking of hiring a life coach to guide me
opinions, advices welcome, I know that I'm a pile of shit, you don't need to sugarcoat things, but I don't believe I have free will, "it's not because you have legs that you can walk", just telling me to get my shit together won't work, you can't ask me to be something I'm not

You have found a perfect excuse for everything - "I can't" - and that frees you from ever having to try.
But just suppose that it is not "in your nature" to be lazy and irresponsible, but a choice you made so long ago you've forgotten you made it as a choice?
The only way to do anything is just to do it. The only way to make yourself do it is to decide to.

I was and somewhat still am a lot like you.
If you keep telling yourself that won't make it, then you won't make it.
Stop giving yourself excuses, just fucking do it even if you don't believe in yourself. It will come with time.
We definitely have free will, make the conscious choice to change and you will gradually change.

Do voluntary work. It will improve your people skills, teach you a lot about life.
The important thing for this to work is that you genuinely have to be interested in helping with whatever you are doing. You're doing it for yourself but the goal to help yourself is to help these other people.

Everybody lies about their experience, next time you apply for a job pretend you have double the experience you actually have, this in case you want another job.
I'm kind on the same boat as you, I don't really feel the urge to meet people and at work I pretend to be busy by writing long responses in 4chan and just talk to my co-workers during breaks because, who knows, one of this days I might actually find a common interest.
Your only problem seems to be that you are bored, which can be easily solve by playing some video-games, just stay away from anything competitive unless you have an actually good pc.
I'll refocus you guys a bit, I made this thread for advice about getting a life coach, I just wanted to give some context about who I am but the topic is about getting a life coach or not

yeah I know, my habits, daily routine is quite abysmal:
>eat
>play vidya
>watch porn drawings if don't feel like vidya (watch porn everyday)
>watch youtube videos if don't feel like porn
>browse 4chan if all else fails (I do visit at least once a day)

I already did that at some point, I was helping a group of people that had suffered strokes, tasks were very general, it could be set up dining tables for lunch or entertain them with group activities, at first it felt good but it quickly became a chore, it didn't really feel rewarding in the end

alright, I guess I have no choice if I want to work again but I rather not, work only to survive? no thanks, I rather starve death, I'm not even kidding

vidya doesn't cut it anymore, it's pretty much all I do and it's not enjoyable anymore, at best it keeps me busy. I also dislike multiplayer, I only play solo games
