How do you stop giving a fuck about things? If something doesn't go my way I'm kind of stressed about it all day and it makes me insecure.
Turning the other way and saying "nah fuck this" simply doesn't work.

I just want to drop the pieces on the floor and move on with my shit but I can't, even if I distract myself with games, other people or whatsoever.
