So i made a really dumb move to join the army. 7 months into my 5 year contract and i want out. Its to the point where i want to put a bullet in my brain.
What can i do to leave this hell before i do something stupid?

Why would you sign a five year contract? Anyways, just do your duty, OP. If you absolutely must get out due to mental issues, go see the mental health officer. Other than hurting yourself badly or committing a crime, that's your only out.

For some people its not terrible. Infact i would encourage it. But i joined for all the wrong reasons and lied my way to get in.now im a complete mess.

Yeah well lets hope Behavioral health considers me unfit for service. I swear if they give me the run around im jumping off a bridge till they let me out.
