take programming classes. hacking is literally finding flaws in the programming and exploiting them.
If you're over 13 years old and haven't started learning yet, give up. At best you can be a script kiddie.
Everyone seems to have a different definition of hacking but at its core, I think "hacking" has a lot to do with finding the answers yourself. Besides, this question has been asked millions of times. I'm sure you'll find someone good online through searching.
Learn how computers work, how the internet works, etc. Learn a programming language.
If you're like me and tried picking up a language but lack the motivation, don't even bother. We don't have the right mindset, otherwise we would have started at a young age with a natural yearning to find the answers ourselves rather than ask to be taught.
Your time will be better spent learning a trade. How does a plumber or electrician sound?
