How do you break a REALLY shit streak of bad luck?
It's just one thing after another, first I lose my job, then my laptop breaks, then my rent goes up and I'm just like what the fuck is this why is it happening to me

You're on a bad streak, but things will turn around.
If you sit and flip a coin it's not going to go heads-tails-heads-tails-heads-tails, there's going to be little streaks of each. It balances in the long term.
Just keep on keeping on, and thing will turn around for you and things will get back on track.

Do something to change things around. Despite bad luck, you are always in control of your life to some extent. There is definitely something more you can do to turn things around for yourself, you just need to figure out what that is.
