It does feel energy is based on semen. What you describe though doesn't sound like tantric, probably a retrograde ejaculation. I can have actual tantric 'orgasms' which involve intense deep breathing and channeling energy up your spine. Genitals are not involved at all, and it feels like all the blood rushes to your head and you have a bull body orgasm.
