I saved a really good video years ago and furtively hid it in my Steam game files. Trouble is, I don't know which game. What's the easiest way to find the .mp4 needle in my Steam haystack?

If it's really a mp4 just go to your steam folder and type "*.mp4" in the search bar
You can do a search on the Steam folder to get all the files into a single window (use a tag in the search bar, like size:>100mb ) and then sort them by size.
