I think it looks a bit lost in the middle of your arm. I'm not a fan of tattoo,s but if I had that tattoo I'd want more clear lines. Plus something that goes along with it so it doesn't look so lost. Like wings, a shield, flowers, chains, whatever so it's a bit wider and covers more of your arm.

It depends on what you get and where you have it placed. Some can look pretty good, while others can make you look like a tool/slut.
Also they're not for everyone. I personally think they can look cool, but I wouldn't get one because it's just not me.
