What is wrong with my foot? It started doing this shit like two days ago. It's pretty sore and the red shit is spreading every day. However I don't feel any pain, only a slight itch sometimes.

Fungal. Clean the shit out of your socks. Get some new shoes. Get an antifungal cream. Keep foot dry. Don't touch the area and then touch your mouth. Don't pick your toes. Keep socks and shoes dry as well.

Also change your socks frequently if your feet get sweaty. Like after you work out put on a fresh pair, after you come home from work do the same.

Its most likely athlete's foot. I got it all the time as a kid. I still get it today too but i know how to take care of it better.
Its from sweaty feet so keep your feet dry. Change your socks regularly and if possible wash your feet after work and dont ware socks or shoes the rest of the day. Think about getting new shoes aswell.
This could be any number of infections, some of which are serious. It does not appear to be athlete's foot, and the rate of spreading also indicates that it's not. I suggest you see a doctor on Monday. Your foot looks quite swollen as well; how does it compare to the other foot? Swelling would be another indication that this is something more serious, though you should see a doctor regardless.
