I'm a 26 year old woman and I have a few problems with masturbation that I thought maybe /adv/ could help shed some light on.

First is the one I'm currently pissed about and that is that I find that, recently, I can only manage to orgasm one out of every 2-3 times I try to masturbate. I'm not doing anything differently than I have since I was a teenager and I'm looking at the same fringe fucked up type of porn I always have. Yesterday I came in like 2 minutes. Today, I worked for 45 before saying "well, if it hasn't happened yet, it's not going to", and that's how it always is. If I masturbate for more than maybe 15 minutes and I haven't cum, I'm not going to. What's going on here? Why is this happening to me now?

Second, after I cum sometimes (only when masturbating, not during sex weirdly enough) I get a really strong twinge of pain. I have stage iv endometriosis, which fucks all my shit up, but I wasn't sure if this was a part of it or something else. I didn't used to have pain when organisming, this started maybe 2 years ago. Like I said, it only happens when I masturbate, not when I cum during sex. Weird, right? Any ideas /adv/?

Your best bet may be to talk to a doctor or specialist about this.

I have a couple of docs and I don't feel like any of them would have any clue what's going on. It doesn't seem really like medical issues to me.

The pain thing? Maybe, but the research regarding painful orgasm is essentially non-existent, just like how there are tons of male docs who think women with visible endometrial scarring are "faking it" for attention.

Well, for me, I'd rate it a 1 or 2/10, but I also have an extreme insensitivity to pain as a side effect of endo. Pretty nominal, but in context, I'm concerned.

For example, I have frequently cut myself and not felt it. Once I reached into my bathroom cabinet and sliced half of the flesh of my pointer finger off on a razor without realizing it. I shattered my left foot in 3 places and walked around on it for days before I went to a doctor, which landed me in a cast for 8 months.

Endo is an extremely painful disease and, as such, my sense of pain is fucked. I have to check my toes after every day to make sure I haven't stepped on glass or some shit.

So, yeah, if I consciously feel pain, it's probably the type of shit that would make normal people throw up. Not to act like a cunt, but, just saying, when I get real endo pain, I shit my pants and vomit, and that's after years of not feeling breaking my feet and such.
