I have no confidence. I feel like I doubt and second guess all the time. I can't do anything with women with no confidence.
It sucks because confidence is t something you get overnight as a adult. You get it as a kid and since I didn't get any confidence as a kid, my confidence is now in the shitter.

Build yourself up through small victories. Improve hygiene, work out a little every other day (do a little more each time), dress better, eat healthier, study something you enjoy in your spare time. Treat yourself with some respect and you'll start to value yourself and feel more confident because of it. Don't worry about doing everything at once; remember to pace yourself. Once you're comfortable with yourself you may want a healthy environment that helps you build up that confidence a little further. Take up a hobby that involves other people, join a fun class at a community college, do some volunteer work, anything that exposes you to other people, and practice talking to them just about normal stuff or how they're doing.
Don't bother seeking out women, they'll show up on their own eventually. Just concentrate on improving yourself for now.
