How do i know if something in my house is toxic? Every time I go in my room my nose gets stuffy and I always feel tired and shitty and get chest pains. 9 times out of 10 it happens when the wind is blowing (always is in this shit hole) and the air coming in from my window does it. It makes me feel pissed off as fuck too

Is your window moldy, perhaps? You could be allergic, or breathing in spores that are irritating your respiratory system. Furthermore, if your window is drafty enough to let a breeze in, it's almost certainly conducive to growing mold.

Dust and vacuum the whole place and get some over-the-counter antihistimine pills.
