I have two questions:
1st: I've never done any hallucinogens but sometimes stuff I am looking at starts to move in an unnatural way (e.g. the pavement running like a river under my feet / the hills coming onto me like waves). Am I crazy ? Should I seek professional help?
2nd: I cannot maintain small talk even with my relatives. I would not start talking to no one because I really don't have anything important to say and whenever someone tries to talk with me I am just listening and giving a short opinion thus ending the conversation. This really fucks up every social interaction of mine so how do I overcome this issue?
I feel the same, and I am afraid there is nothing you can do but living with it.

1. Sounds weird, I used to get this but I used to drop LSD a lot a couple of years ago so it might be flashbacks. If you go to the doctor expect it to take a long fucking time to get a proper diagnosis because hallucinations can be caused by all kinds of shit.
2. You need to practice more, talk to people more and learn to 'link' answers to more questions. Read 'Models' by Mark Manson, it's a pick up book but has answers for your problem

Do you live in an especially hot area? High temperatures will cause the air to shinmer ever so slightly like that,
combined with the actual heat, making you delirious

I think it's multiple sclerosis but whatever, go to the doctor. Hallucinations aren't a very good sign. I think it only comes with pretty heavy diseases like brain tumours or something like that.
Definitely get this checked, please
