The first time almost always sucks for women, so expect disappointment. That way if you like it you can be pleasantly surprised, and if you don't you can just go 'oh well, maybe next time' and work on it.
It takes practice to be good at sex, so if one or both of you is a virgin, it will be a bit awkward and clumsy. My advice is to take it slow and do a lot of foreplay to maximize your chances of enjoying it.
