So every time I drive I get tons of anxiety, but I don't know what do do about it. I've already got my license but I've hardly ever driven after I got it because of my fear for driving. I know I'm not that bad of a driver, but whenever I think about driving I think of all the times that I did things wrong when I first started driving and I'm afraid that I might do something wrong when I drive now. Any tips/advice?

I got over my driving anxiety by just driving more. Driving to and from work/school every day will ease your anxiety.
Also put on radio/music.

You're probably an ok driver.

Practice in an area with little people, like an empty parking lot to build your confidence.

Go for a ride when there isn't much traffic, like sunday morning
