I'm working toward a computer science degree, and I enjoy working out, working in my job etc but I know men could do everything better than me. It probably isn't helped by the fact that anti-woman mentalities is a pretty common rhetoric on some of these boards.
It leaves me feeling worthless and extremely self hating, and I realize this kind of sensitivity is also a fairly female-dominated emotion, so it makes me feel even worse.

Most men aren't fucking computer science graduates. We occupy the top but also occupy the bottom (binmen, sewer workers etc) and a lot of the middle. Ordinary men have to look at engineers and successful programmers as well and know we're on a lower level, except it's worse for us because we're judged more on it. This would be fine if there were a fair trade off, but contrary to popular belief, we AREN'T judged less on beauty by the opposite sex. Even fat girls have a long window of opportunity where they blow men out of the water in terms of ability to get laid. We're judged more on fucking everything, except for the amount of sexual partners, which makes zero sense as a gender problem because most men CAN'T go around fucking lots of girls, regardless of their confidence and motivation (women are brutal when it comes to flaws). Hey I needed this thread. I'm a female anon who's been conditioned to believe that men are superior to me in everything.
But lately yes I've been getting into what being a woman means, like dressing more girly, wearing earrings, being more concious of what I wear instead of throwing just anything on, making sure I'm shaved properly, learning to cook, etc.. It's comforting falling back onto traditional gender roles.
