I'm exhausted but I've spent hours in bed and can't go to sleep, I'm sure that I have insomnia.

What can I do to fall to sleep ASAP?

Right now it's the best time for running, should I take a jog?

Have you tried not having insomnia?
I think that may increase your odds of sleeping.

There's loads of sleep mediation soundclips on youtube you can listen to. I also find anyone talking with a monotone/calm voice helps. Terence McKenna and Alan Watts are my go-to-guys.

Having a bckagorund noise of sort helps a lot, along with shutting down your damn elecrticals and lights.

I personally go for "cosmic music" on yt, name weirder than shit, but music is calm and relaxing. Attach it to a speaker, not to headphones (would keep the electricals too close to your hands)
