Try to find a hobby or something to spend your time on, better if you feel that worth it, a job could work but not be stressed for it , if nothing work could be a sign of some kind of psychological problem and talk to a specialist could help you , but just try new things anon c:

You take yourself on dates. You do things you want to do. You improve yourself when you feel you're not good enough. You meditate in the mornings after you wake up and at night before you fall asleep. You think about your life in its entirety, not just how it is at the moment. You think about your death as often as you can, about dying in many ways.
You become a person you would want to hang out with.
Keep yourself distracted with vidya/work/books/etc.
Movies are sometimes a bad idea but some of them are fine.
Sleep 10 hours a day and keep your mind busy the rest of the time.
The hardest part is when you are trying to sleep, but you can try working out during the day to get your body tired, hopefully will make sleeping without thinking bad stuff a bit easier.

I'm just giving OP the best advice I can give him. We all get struck by disapoinent, failure and we all are going to lose people close to you. The only thing that matters is how you deal with these facts of live. Allah is there for you, he is waiting for your call to him. He knows you better than you know yourself. He already knows what you want, all you have to do is show him how much you want it. Pray my brother, pray and ve a withness that your prayers are beeing heared and fullfild. Allah waits for you.
The other anon is also right about taking yourself to dates. Dont be harsh to yourself. Chill out a sec. Do things you like to do. Go and be yourself's best friend my brother. After this episode, you will be so much better and stronger.
