Guys, I think I'm addicted to spending time with people. I'm realising I'm basically a keyboard warrior when it comes to talking to people on whatsapp and shit, and I legit feel really lonely without people, to the point where I'm actually down.
I also get paranoid in some cases when people don't reply to my shit.
Obviously this is a problem, because now I'm personally feeling like I have less independence.
What do I do? Is this actually a bad thing?

There's also maslow's hierarchy of needs. It's normal for people to want to socialize and be accepted, but I guess it's causing you some mental doscomfort.
