It's not difficult m8, you've just got to want it and be prepared to give other things up for it, as with all things in life.
Quit having casual sex. Quit porn. Abandon the notion that romantic love is real love. It isn't, that's infatuation. Real love only builds over years when you accept differences, deal with fights, and raise children together.
This is why cultures with arranged marriage are doing better in terms of birthrates and general stability.

"true love" as you understand it now isn't that old. It started in Victorian novels for women, and propagated through Hollywood. You have to abandon the romantic obsession and instead look for a partner who's simply compatible and would be a good parent. Otherwise the spark WILL just go away in a year or two.

Personally I can't sympathize because I've never been very emotional, and would rather have a couple on and off girlfriends than the whole wife, kids, white picket fence deal. I'm just too self centered for it.

My wife used to be attractive as well, 135lbs, super energetic and just stunning. After 4 kids she's a 300lbs fat ass that refuses to go to the gym...even once.
This morning she paid $75 for diet pills to lose weight, knowing the statistics of it not working or it being poison/likely to harm her. I reminded her that $75 is more than half a years worth of gym membership and she should come swimming/weight lifting with me for once (I go before and after work, 5 days a week).
She refused ans started crying about how she hates herself and how her morbid obesity is my fault and she resents our teenaged children for "making her fat."
This is your future. This is what the average American woman is like. I wouldn't rush back into something like this if I could go back in time knowing what I know now.
