TL;DR Should I tell this girl I can't ejaculate having sex and can only do it while masturbating and that I have problems staying hard if I'm using a condom sometimes, or just hope for the best?

I've been dating a girl I met online almost a month ago. She's a virgin so we spoke about sex very carefully. Finally we've shared some naughty pictures and want to do it this saturday.
Problem is that she doesn't know that i've had a porn addiction in the past and I've ruined myself to normal sex. I can have it for hours and I will never ejaculate.
Also when I'm using a condom I have problems maintaining an erection unless the sex is a roller-coaster of emotions from the beginning until the end...
