I've had pretty bad acne for the past year or so, and I can chalk it up to being one of three things (from least to most likely):

- my ADHD medicine (Adderall XR)
- humid environment
- shitty roll of the dice

Pic related, it's what I'm using now. It used to work fairly well, not 100% but I was pleased with results. Last week I moved to a new place which is ~1 and a half hours away from the previous place and my face is breaking out like hell. My shoulders and back, which are a partial problem area, are okay as far as I can see.

Can anyone reccommend some additional product I can use? I really don't want my face to be scarred to shit.

Some info that might help:

- my skin is oily. I take showers daily not just for hygiene, but because if I don't, it gets really awful and I hate the feeling of an oily face.

- My parents never had acne this bad.

- My acne seemed to only develop after I moved to this humid environment, when previously I lived in a moderately hot, dry one.

I'm 27 and I still get acne.
I've never had it so bad, but I've had enough that I've learned things.

One, change your pillow case every few nights.
What gets skin going is oil exposure.
Changing pillow cases means that your face is not resting on an oily surface for hours on hours.
Two, stop touching your face. It's those oils again. Your hands are oily as fuck. Even when clean, it's just how hands work. Never touch your face.
Three, your medicine is pretty basic. Benzoyl peroxide is basic as fuck. Your Clindamycin Pohpshate part of it is more intense, but it's nothing special. It works on spot treatment. That is, if you see a zit, you kill it. But it doesn't prevent shit.
Four, eat more zinc and Vitamin A. Both reduce sebum production and that's what makes zits.

What's likely making you break out is that you're touching your face because you're sweaty.
Never ever touch your face.

So many things cause acne it's fucking ridiculous. A list of things that cause acne for me:
>weed
>milk
>dairy
>sweating in a hot humid environment
>too much bread
>too little sleep
>face washes with comedogenic ingerdients
Surprise, most store bought face "washes" actually have shit in them that close your pores and cause acne, like sodium lauryl sulphate.
>washing your face too much
That's right, your face has a natural environment of stuff on it. You disturb that environment by touching or washing it too much... boom acne.

The list goes on and on. Fighting acne means you have to be aware of literally everything you're doing - diet, sleep, climate, amount of drugs taken, etc.
