Has anyone here ever had a "work wife/husband?" How did it end up?
Did they have a relationship at home?
Everything I can tell says I basically have one and there's articles dedicated to this whole thing.
What's the endgame? Is it always destined to be a bad thing?
What the fuck do you mean "work wife/husband" you fucking idiot? Of course at least one person needs to work. How else you going to live? You on fucking welfare? Stop being such an insecure piece of faggot jerky and grow up.

I mean someone AT work that you have a close relationship with, that you spend a bunch of time with and almost act like you're a couple, but you're not. You can commiserate on everything that's going on in each other's worklife, have inside jokes, flirt a little, that kind of thing.
It's apparently a reasonably common thing. Think, like, Jim and Pam from The Office.
Just stop being so insecure or ask for an open relationship, cuck. You do realize than in the modern day 50%-60% or spouses cheat, right?

No it's not. They were not work wife and husband. They were two coworkers who were very flirty with each other. When they got married, then they became work wife and husband. Putting a stupid meme label on it does not enhance your understanding in any way.
In my experience it happens more with opposite sex people who have to collaborate closely and frequently. Personally I have never been in a work relationship like this, but see no benefits. You get to listen to all her bullshit without getting to fuck her? No, thank you.
