If you don't pay rent and none of your stuff is left in the renting house despite of some clothes and the contract expired and you refuse to move out, can somoone kick you out (naked)?

He didn't pay his rent for months and was not interested in solving this problem. He was sure noone can just kick him out. So the owner terminated the contract. As it expired and he refused to move out, guy's stuff were send to the location he gave at the rent contract and he was dragged out from the house from his bed. Apperently, he sleeps naked. He is being filmed via video intercom. And funny part is none of his stuff remained in this apartment, so there is no reason to open the door for him. Technically, he doesn't live there anymore so he is an intruder and should be arrested.

That depends on the laws of the country you're in. In most places, just locking someone out of the house naked is probably not ok.

Whether or not he has a right to be there depends on the laws of the country you're in.
I think for sure you could be prosecuted in lots of places for something like assault or sexual assault if you force someone to go outside naked.

If he was in the house then locked out, that's not breaking and entering or home invasion. If he had the right to be there as a tenant, in many places the landlord can't kick him out without going through lengthy legal action, even if he hasn't paid the rent, so it's not trespassing either.

Whether or not they "want" him to live there is irrelevant to whether or not he had the legal right to be there, which again, depends on the country's laws and not just on the landlord terminating his contract.

I don't make the laws and I don't think they generally make sense either. It doesn't matter. You can still be sent to jail for breaking a law, even if that law is flagrantly retarded.
