This may be a weird question but, I noticed when I'm in my bathroom with the hallway light on my 6 pack is vibrant in visibility but when i turn on the light in the bathroom and it's more lit up in the room, my abs are barely if even noticable...I was really wondering if someone could help explain this to me and tell me maybe what I need to do to fix it or what I'm doing wrong.

Your abs are not good enough so they are only visible when there is only light from one side so the shadows get good contrast with your skin

Just keep doing ab workouts and in a week or two you will probably see them more visible in all lights, muscles are more vibrant in dark lit lights in some areas, just lower your body fat by 1-3% and you're good to go OP
