My bf is super model beautiful and thinks I'm shallow for liking him cuz I'm ugly, its got to the point he treats me like a groupie and talks about how cool he thinks he is all the time.

Sure his physicaly perfect, but that was not the reason I liked him, it was his presence and vibe, I grew to like him for his laugh, smile, looks and voice etc later on.

How do I express my affection to him in a way that doesn't involve complimenting his physicality in any way? I'm sick of feeding his narcissism.
