What exactly do you think addiction means?
Meditate
Weed is actually an incredibly helpful drug. It just has to be used in moderation.
Ask yourself these questions before you get high?
>Is there something else I should be doing?
>Do I need to get stoned right now?
>Do I need another hit, or am I good?
A lot of people have trouble falling asleep on days they don't get stoned because their melatonin levels are lower than usual. A lot of people have a hard time quitting because your body takes a week or so to balance it's melatonin. That's why a lot of people have vivid dreams after quitting weed, because their melatonin is restoring.
If you're encountering this issue, just take 1-3 MG of melatonin supplements before bed. Don't make it too much of a habit, only use them if you aren't tired yet but need to go to sleep immediately.
Don't justify weed, justify meditation. God is great.
Thanks for the suggestions.
To the person suggesting I'm addicted I would say that I'm not because I don't have physical withdrawal or urges like someone would with heroin. It's just that I happen to do it because it seems better to fall asleep watching Netflix high than not.
I will meditate and take some melatonin because my melatonin levels are clearly not normal. I stopped weed and couldn't get a good night of sleep and after a week grew tired and cranky so I started smoking again.
