Are "hair transplants being shit" a thing or has technology evolved to the point it's acceptable?
I've been shaving my head for a year already but yesterday I saw an old pic and damn.. I want that back.
I'm 23 by the way so yeah, it's shit.

They do work, but it's not easy to find a good doc and get the money for those transplants. But as far as the technique is concerned, everything is alright
They're pretty legit if you've only got temple recession / some diffuse thinning. If you're a Norwood 7, though, your only hope is probably scalp micropigmentation.
HT's rarely yield the volume people desire. Also, if you don't want to take medications like Avodart, be prepared to visit your transplant Doctor pretty frequently for touch-ups. Alvi Armani has a stellar reputation in the hair loss community, but they charge a LOT per graft - doctors in places like Turkey can give you good results at a lower rate.

Right now I'm a 3, but I wouldn't be surprised if I become one those in the future. That's also the problem, I'm still balding so I don't know.
