How do I lower my libido/sex drive?
For months now I've had trouble enjoying anything because not matter what I do I can't stop thinking about girls/relationships and how lonely I feel. Going out is painful just because of how many women and happy couples I see on a daily basis.
I've tried feeling my time with sports, studying and other hobbies but again all of this brings me little satisfaction because I can't fully concentrate on those.

Just stop masturbating and looking at pornographic material. Over time you body forgets what the sensation of sex is like and you stop fantasizing about it. There will be a period i transition where you feel like you need to hit on ever woman you see and feel raging horniness, but eventually you will be in a calm peaceful state not obsessed with sex anymore.

This is an interesting question.
I never understood why society thinks everyone ought to be constantly super horny, and they've come out with a bunch of pills and potions to do that. I agree with op that a high libido is more of a distraction, and i agree with socrates, i think it was, who, when asked about the effect of aging on his sex drive, said he felt like he had finally escaped the clutches of a relentless slave-driver.

I read about this on some nofap dedicated sites: Its called a flatline period, where its like your libido completely dies before resetting.
