Do some shit minimum wage job until you can afford a cheap car and a commercial power washer. Learn to power wash homes, you can make anywhere from 200-500 dollars a house depending on the size, and it only takes 1-3 hours per house. Start a contracting business once you have enough money and then start hiring people so that you can wash more houses and make more money.

I'm three days into my first construction job. I make 11$ an hour Mon-Fri, working 8-9 hours a day with overtime opportunities on Saturday. Contracting businesses will usually provide all of the expensive tools and hardware that you'll need, but you should invest in a pair of gloves and work boots. The best part about construction jobs is that they're also physically challenging, so I look at it like I'm getting paid to work out.
