I think I've become Don Jon.

I had this problem kn my late teens.
Stop masturbating for a few weeks, you should notice a difference in about a week but it's better to just drop that habit and get your organs from sex only. If you have a dry spell, a tug evert other week is fine, otherwise you will continue to have this problem.
Also try to get more fir and sleep with more fit people. Sometimes you can't come because you aren't going fast enough, hard enough , for long enough.
