got drunk and high last night and had a sudden slew of unbelievably negative introspection. it felt like a sudden, hyperactive rush of negativity and self-loathing, like what Brian Wilson hears in his head or something. What is this?
It's called depression. Get ready because it's going to consume you just like it consumes the rest of us.

Everyone here is autistic to some extent anon. Aspergers is a word for socially inept that people can use to sell you treatment.
Obviously you're going to have to ignore these negative thoughts, so you can't allow yourself to dwell on them. Keep yourself busy in the next through days, ideally go out with friends (even if you don't want to), if that's not an option just play vidya. Don't let yourself lie on your bed and fester. Then this event will turn into long term depression.
This kind of thing happens to a lot of people, you just have to ignore it. Don't try and search for a root cause and convince yourself you are incurably mentally ill. Just deal bro.
