I finally found interest in harming myself. When I feel really shitty I claw on my fist, usually on the bus.
How else can I similarly hurt myself without cutting? A way of that I can kind of conceal would be best.

Don't start doing this, OP. It's a shitty coping mechanism that only makes adult life harder down the line. Find a therapist through your doctor or school/work.

I usually bite one part of my hand really hard to the point of breaking the skin/bruising, the mark usually goes away shortly
