That's my boyfriend. At least he has the excuse that he works late and starts in the afternoon. And after work, he generally is not tired.
I stay up with him on the weekends, but on weekdays we've just worked out a schedule and after about 10pm he's on his own.

I work freelance and sleep around 4:00-12:00, say goodnight to my bf at midnight and let him go the fuck to sleep. We overlap with "us" time after his work and make dinner, watch shit, play games, etc. then go back to our own thing.
Being a shut-in is no excuse, either she can try taking melatonin and working on fitting her sleep schedule to yours (didn't work for me), or she can find some interests and leave you alone.
Don't stay up with her, stand your ground.
Grow a spine or get blackout curtains.
